About the Position
The
Senior Total Rewards Analyst
plays a key role in supporting and improving HUB’s total rewards programs, including benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives. This role focuses on data analysis, program evaluation, and strategic recommendations to ensure offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee needs. Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of HUB’s benefits offerings (health, leaves, financial wellness, and wellbeing). Analyze internal data, industry trends, and employee feedback to evaluate and enhance total rewards offerings. Build cost models, ROI analysis, and scenario planning to support business cases for new rewards initiatives or program changes. Collaborate with team on design and modeling of new benefits and wellbeing programs. Develop dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and employee engagement. Stay current on industry regulations and trends to recommend updates and improvements to benefit plans and related tools. Partner with HR business partners, legal teams, and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure alignment and compliance of total rewards programs. Work with Total Rewards partners to develop and implement communication strategies for total rewards programs, including benefits, compensation, recognition, and well-being. Provide ad hoc support for Total Rewards programs and initiatives. Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with HR information systems. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of total rewards experience, preferably with benefits analyst and design work. CCP, CBP, CEBS, or other HR/Total Rewards certifications preferred. Experience working in a mid- to large-sized organization; global experience is a plus. Join Our Team
