Bachelor’s degree in business, health management, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for benefits technology experience Proven track record of developing strong relationships with distribution partners and technology vendors Ability to identify strategic needs and lead projects with minimal direction Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
