Develop and manage vendor relationships, serving as the single point of contact for benefits technology partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and inform development strategies Act as the subject matter expert for benefits technology solutions and partners Create and distribute tools and materials to educate sales teams on vendor value propositions Facilitate process efficiencies for benefits technology relationships to support profitable growth Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, health management, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with benefits technology experience preferred Proven track record of developing strong relationships with distribution partners Ability to lead projects and drive business direction with minimal guidance Strong communication skills and effective leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications
