Lead initiatives aligned with strategic goals as a Project and Program Manager specializing in Business Performance within Transformation Architecture and Delivery. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Help clients establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO) or Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) using proven frameworks based on global standards. Collaborate with leadership to design and operate business and solution architecture, product management approaches, and value delivery structures; track performance and benefits across workstreams. Manage multiple processes and projects with a focus on quality and risk; drive process improvement and identify innovative solutions. Lead teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with measurable performance outcomes and resolve business issues with high-quality solutions. Travel as needed to meet client requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus. Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm, supporting Business and Solution Architecture, Product and Portfolio Management, and Program Management in areas such as TMO/VMO/EPMO design and delivery, value and roadmapping, maturity assessments, and end-to-end ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations. Proven success leading workstreams or consulting teams; experience supporting pursuit efforts and full RFP lifecycle. Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies; strong problem-solving and digital fluency. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to structure governance and project management tools; valid U.S. driver’s license and passport with willingness to travel (approximately 80%). Strong management of timelines, costs, and quality; deep knowledge of project and program delivery methodologies. Ability to mentor others in tools, techniques, and technologies; leadership in planning, execution, and closure of workstreams. Initiative in identifying new service opportunities and leading RFP responses; collaborative and inclusive team leadership. Technical proficiency and business acumen; commitment to staying current on industry trends; focus on quality and risk management. Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business. Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Six Sigma, or SAP Solution Manager. Sector experience across Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE), Industrials and Energy including Oil, Gas and Chemicals and Power and Utilities (P&U), Media & Entertainment, Health including Life Sciences, Consumer and Retail sectors.
