Business Transformation – Solution Delivery Architect – Consulting Manager role at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. The Opportunity

As a Project and Program Manager specializing in Business Performance within Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you’ll lead initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. EY’s Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) practice focuses on complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformation and offers a career path focused on solving today’s toughest challenges. Key Responsibilities

Help clients establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO) or Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) using proven frameworks based on global standards. Collaborate with leadership to design and operate business and solution architecture, product management approaches, and value delivery structures, tracking performance and benefits across workstreams. Manage multiple processes and projects with a focus on quality and risk, including driving process improvement and identifying innovative solutions. Lead teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with performance outcomes. Apply expertise to resolve business issues and implement quality solutions. Travel as needed to meet client requirements. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong management of timelines, costs, and quality. Deep knowledge of project and program delivery methodologies. Ability to mentor others in tools, techniques, and technologies. Leadership in planning, execution, and closure of workstreams. Initiative in identifying new service opportunities and leading RFP responses. Collaborative, inclusive team leadership and mentoring. Technical proficiency and business acumen, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends. Focus on quality and risk management, with ability to lead teams or workstreams depending on engagement size. Understanding of EY’s service lines and ability to identify ways to serve clients; relationship-building across EY practices. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus. Approximately 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4, supporting Business and Solution Architecture, Product and Portfolio Management, and Program Management in areas such as: TMO/VMO/EPMO design and delivery Value and complex product/program roadmapping Maturity assessments End-to-end ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations Proven success leading workstreams or consulting teams. Experience supporting pursuit efforts and the full RFP lifecycle. Familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and digital fluency. Experience in program structuring, governance, and project management tools. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A valid U.S. driver’s license and passport, with willingness to travel (estimated at 80%). Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business. Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Six Sigma, or SAP Solution Manager. Industry sector experience in Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Private Equity, Industrials and Energy, Oil, Gas and Chemicals, Power & Utilities, Media & Entertainment, Health and Life Sciences, or Consumer Products and Retail. Effective change management and negotiation skills; in-depth sector knowledge to provide valuable insights. What We Look For

Base salary range: $128,400 to $235,300 (US-wide). NYC Metro, WA, CA (excluding Sacramento): $154,000 to $267,400. Salaries determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Hybrid model: external, client-serving roles typically 40-60% in person over engagements.
