Position Overview
Managing employee records and ensuring all HR databases are accurately maintained. Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes. Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs. Supporting HR policies and procedures implementation and adherence. Assisting in organizing training and development initiatives for employees. Handling employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and other HR-related topics. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations within the HR department. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of related Human Resources Administration experience, including safety training, policy development, recruitment, state and federal and payroll law. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5pm 30 minutes. Hybrid: Friday remote work day Benefits

Contract to Hire role.
