We are looking for an Analyst to join our team. If you are a data detective who loves uncovering insights and enjoy seeing how analysis informs clients’ marketing investments, this role is for you. What You’ll Do
Support clients' marketing efforts by transforming raw data into powerful insights across traditional media, digital, and social campaigns to maximize return on investment. Partner with cross-functional teams to define clear, measurable goals and craft detailed measurement plans, outlining objectives, data sources, and reporting frequencies. Collaborate with technical teams to implement tracking and tags using tools like Google/Adobe Analytics and ad servers such as DCM; ensure proper functionality and accuracy. Monitor data during campaign execution, verify tracking tags, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ad delivery tracking is firing correctly. Aggregate data from multiple sources—site analytics, social listening platforms, CRM data—into cohesive dashboards and reports. Analyze data to tell the story behind the numbers and present findings to internal teams and clients to explain what’s working and why. Help evolve analytics processes, tools, and templates to shape the agency’s future data strategy. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
1-3 years of experience in marketing campaigns, paid social/search, or website analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics is preferred; experience in advertising, direct marketing, CRM, or a digital background is a plus. Proficiency with website analytics platforms (Google, Adobe), ad serving systems (DCM), and data visualization tools (e.g., Datorama, Tableau). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The salary range for this role is
