In this role, you’ll build and lead enterprise talent programs that drive leadership depth, workforce readiness, and cultural alignment in an AI-enabled environment. You\'ll own high-impact work across the employee lifecycle—from succession planning and executive development to onboarding and performance management. You’ll help reimagine what it means to lead and perform in a time of rapid transformation, launching scalable programs that elevate leadership capability and embed high-performance behaviors across the business. We’re also seeking someone who’s energized by change. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling AI readiness through upskilling, ethical integration, and strong change leadership—while helping shape a culture that values trust, clarity, and growth. The position will report to the Chief People Officer of TKO. Job Description: Build and run enterprise succession planning and leadership pipelines for critical roles. Lead enterprise talent reviews and development planning for executive and emerging leaders. Define and integrate high-performance standards into promotions, development, and reward processes. Design and launch manager and leader development programs to equip leaders with the skills to drive engagement, performance, and transformation. Oversee a reimagined onboarding experience that delivers a consistent, world-class first impression for every employee. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure new hire experience seamlessly transitions from recruitment into onboarding and early development. Enterprise Performance Management
Lead the goal-setting process to ensure enterprise, business unit, and individual goals are aligned with strategic priorities. Drive the performance review cycle, ensuring fairness, calibration, and consistent application of standards. Provide executives with insights into performance distribution, enabling data-driven talent and reward decisions. AI-Enabled Transformation & Change Leadership
Collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to translate the enterprise AI strategy into workforce priorities. Ensure the organization is structurally and culturally prepared to adopt AI-driven workflows, decision-making, and operating models. Launch a scalable learning strategy focused on AI literacy, digital fluency, and emerging skills. Combine in-house programs with external partners as needed and embed ethical and responsible AI use into all training. Ensure the talent and change agenda accounts for the cultural, ethical, and human impact of AI transformation, helping leaders build trust and confidence across the organization. Establish KPIs for adoption, upskilling, and readiness. Continuously assess workforce preparedness and adjust programs to maximize business impact and employee success.
