We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing network in Charleston, SC. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for an HR leader who thrives in a multi-unit environment and is passionate about enabling both people and business growth. Compensation Base Salary: $100,000 annually Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus Travel: Approximately 50% regional travel required to support multiple sites What You’ll Do Partner with General Managers, Area Operating Presidents, and senior leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals. Lead workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and succession planning across multiple sites. Build and sustain a consistent, high-performance culture while respecting local brand differences. Provide employee relations guidance and manager coaching, ensuring fairness, compliance, and trust. Drive change management initiatives (ATS/HRIS rollouts, policy adoption, org redesign) across multiple units. Standardize HR processes while supporting unique brand needs. Use data and analytics (vacancy reports, turnover trends, retention metrics) to drive accountability and results. Travel across your assigned region (approx. 50%) to support local teams. Core Competencies & Skills Strategic Business Acumen – P&L fluency, operational alignment Employee Relations & Culture Stewardship – conflict resolution, coaching, cultural alignment Change Management – leading rollouts, building buy-in Operational HR Excellence – compliance, multi-state HR operations Leadership & Influence – trusted advisor to field leaders Analytics & Data Fluency – turning metrics into actionable insights Agility & Prioritization – thriving in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit HRBP or regional HR role. Experience in skilled trades, field services, or multi-site operations a plus. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
