Part Time Client Relationship Consultant 1 (Banker) - Coburg Albertsons - Eugene, OR (23 hrs). Join U.S. Bank to provide client counsel through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, with a digital-first mindset. Build trusted relationships by assessing customers’ banking needs, processing information, and educating clients on available products and services to meet their goals. Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, learning about financial needs and channel preferences. Identify solutions for new and existing clients by effectively engaging and communicating with clients. Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services. Provide a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products to assist with meeting financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence and accuracy. Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including NMLS registration where applicable, and participate in background and credit checks per policy. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent One to three years of customer service experience One to three years of sales experience Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach Effective communication with clients Basic knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with digital products and self-service technologies Ability to discern customer needs with a digital-first mindset Ability to make appropriate recommendations to meet customer needs Experience in the financial services industry preferred Benefits
