Build relationships with customers across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) to provide tailored financial guidance with a digital-first mindset. Assess and address customers’ banking needs; collect and process customer and account information; educate clients on deposit and loan products and services; recommend solutions based on individual goals. Proactively outreach to and follow up with clients, learning about their financial needs and banking channel preferences; identify solutions for new and existing clients. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services. Provide a consistent, optimal client experience by greeting clients and processing basic transactions. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch teammates and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts; complete service requests and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products to meet financial needs; leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with accuracy. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Typically at least one to two years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training Preferred Skills/Experience
Ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach Effective client engagement and communication skills Basic knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures, and support systems Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies Ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first mindset Proficiency in making appropriate recommendations to meet customer needs Experience in the financial services industry preferred Licensing and Compliance
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. The registration process includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet NMLS requirements may result in offer rescission or termination of employment. Benefits
