The candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping executive reporting, guiding strategic alignment, and supporting governance activities. The ideal candidate combines consulting and marketing experience, with storytelling, influence, and data visualization skills. Responsibilities
Align cybersecurity workstreams with strategic initiatives and report progress against defined objectives, calibrating metrics and operational goals. Consult and advise leaders on reporting design and messaging, applying storytelling, marketing, and influence for clarity and impact. Monitor and report on OKRs and KPIs tied to Cyber Strategy and Governance; stay ahead of industry trends. Translate technical data into business insights with strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills. Coordinate data collection and facilitate monthly Line of Business (LoB) reviews, fostering collaboration across teams. Collaborate with operational metric owners to evaluate and enhance KPIs, driving performance improvements. Support ad-hoc projects, stretch assignments, and data analysis/reporting tasks with minimal oversight; present material with poise and precision. Support organizational event planning activities and demonstrate public speaking confidence and a self-starter mindset to drive engagement and execution. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of experience in Chief of Staff functions, business consulting, or marketing 3 years of experience creating executive-level materials for senior leadership, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing cross-functional projects in matrixed environments Proficiency in data visualization tools Strong execution skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple workstreams Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business terms High adaptability and learning agility Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong PowerPoint and executive reporting background Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams Work Arrangement and Compensation

– 4 days in office Exempt Status:
Yes (not eligible for overtime pay) | No (eligible for overtime pay) Workplace Type: Office Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD annual base pay. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible for incentive compensation.
