This is a full-time position (four-day work week) for an Attorney licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. The role is based primarily in Fairfax, VA, with occasional travel to Fredericksburg, VA (about once a week) and monthly visits to Rockville, MD; Annapolis, MD; and Washington, DC. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting documents, and representing clients in matters related to Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration. Meet with clients and provide legal advice related to Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration. Conduct legal research and draft documents; represent clients in relevant matters. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. At least 3 years of experience in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, and/or Trust and Estate Administration. Legal knowledge and skills in Elder Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Labor and Employment Law. Experience in providing legal advice, conducting research, and negotiation. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Requirements
