Position Overview

The

Employee Success (ES)

team is dedicated to building an exceptional employee experience that empowers people to thrive at work. As a

People Advisor , you will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, providing high-quality support across a range of HR topics while helping to streamline and enhance HR processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR service delivery, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver responsive, high-quality support to employees and managers via internal HR help platforms, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Manage and resolve employee inquiries through a case management system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on topics such as benefits, leave, compensation, immigration, and HR policy.

Guide employees through self-service tools and processes using systems like Workday, and handle transactions that require manual processing.

Maintain and enhance the HR knowledge base by creating and updating articles that support employee self-service and reduce support requests.

Participate in testing for system enhancements, assist with process improvements, and support HR technology initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Human Resources, employee support, or a shared services environment.

Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and case management tools is highly preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous learning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Enthusiasm for improving processes and leveraging technology to enhance employee service delivery.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

Background in HR shared services or customer support within a global organization.

Familiarity with employee service portals, self-service models, or knowledge management systems.

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
