About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team.
Overview:
This position provides administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer pre-employment processes including background checks, drug testing, and reference verifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and other systems.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of offer letters, new hire packets, and internal communications.
Support benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee status changes.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Generate standard HR reports and assist with audits as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
