The Broward County office of Pozo-Diaz & Pozo, P.A. is currently seeking enthusiastic Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys with at least three years of experience. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients Negotiate settlements Qualifications
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing Experience: Insurance Defense: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Florida Bar License (Required) Job Details
