Real Estate Productivity Coach

The Productivity Coach (PC) is a leadership position within Keller Williams that focuses on empowering newly licensed real estate agents to launch, grow, and sustain productive real estate businesses. Through accountability, training, and mentoring, the PC ensures agents adopt KW’s proven models, systems, and tools, ultimately driving agent success and Market Center growth. Responsibilities: • Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions for new agents. • Hold agents accountable for their lead generation and production goals. • Track performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement. • Assist agents in building business plans aligned with their goals. • Collaborate with Market Center leadership to align with growth initiatives. • Foster a culture of productivity, accountability, and success. Qualifications: • Active real estate license (required). • Demonstrated success in real estate production with a track record of an average of ~ $5mm in sales volume annually. • Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills. • Knowledge of Keller Williams’ models and systems (preferred but not mandatory). • Passion for helping others achieve success through accountability. Compensation: $90,000-$192,000 per year
