The Sr. Manager of Accounts Receivable/Revenue will lead and oversee all aspects of the Bagel Brand’s revenue cycle, including POS to ERP reconciliations, billing, collections, cash application, royalties, Stored Value Cards, Loyalty Points, and revenue recognition. The Sr. Manager will lead a 5+ member team instrumental in optimizing accounts receivable and revenue processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep experience in revenue operations, preferably within the food and beverage industry. This role is critical in maintaining strong cash flow, minimizing bad debt, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across a multi-brand, multi-location food service organization. Targeted Compensation Range: $135,000/yr to $155,000/yr and eligible for annual bonus and LTI. This position is in office 4 days per week at the Support Center Office location near I-25 and Colorado Blvd. Address: 1720 S Bellaire St. Suite Skybox, Denver, Colorado 80222.
Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and revenue processes, including invoicing, credit management, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and company policies
Lead the calculation, invoicing, and collections of Franchise and License royalties and other fees
Lead the calculation and reconciliation of Stored Value Card and Loyalty Point accounts
Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing clear guidance, support, and performance feedback
Oversight and ownership of accounting systems which support the revenue cycle of the business
Monitor and improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and other key AR metrics
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve billing disputes and enhance customer experience
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account analysis, and audit preparation
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard revenue and improve efficiency
Lead AR and revenue integration efforts related to ERP system upgrades or implementations
Prepare and present regular AR and revenue reports to senior leadership
Review balance sheet account reconciliations in line with company policies and control practices
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Perform other duties as necessary

Education – Training – Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or related finance functions
3+ years of team management experience
CPA certification strongly preferred
