We are seeking a Sr. Workday PATT Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll to support a large-scale Workday HCM implementation. This role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Workday modules, with emphasis on transitioning from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking. The position requires a balance of technical Workday configuration skills and collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and global effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
Configure, test, and maintain Workday modules: Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Payroll. Lead efforts in migrating from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking, including data mapping, validation, and go-live readiness. Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go-live support for Payroll, Absence, and Time modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements. Document system configurations, create SOPs, and maintain a knowledge base for ongoing reference. Manage Workday release cycles, user training, and change management. Support international payroll/time tracking needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and absence/holiday policies. Serve as an SME in global HRIS initiatives and support integration with other systems. Provide leadership in design sessions and mentor less experienced team members. Must-Have Requirements
8–10 years of Workday HCM experience, specializing in Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday configuration, including BPs and integrations. 3+ full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations, including PATT modules. Proven experience transitioning from ADP eTime to Workday Time Tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale HRIS projects in compliance-driven environments. Experience supporting international payroll and time tracking, including labor law and compliance considerations. Strong project management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications in relevant modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling). Experience with international HR or payroll compliance. Prior consulting experience (ex-Big 4 or equivalent a plus). Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior analysts and leading project teams. Education
