Executive Recruiter, Finance & Accounting – Tax Manager LHH has partnered with a East Side-based Public Accounting firm in the search for a Tax Manager. Our client seeks a seasoned tax professional with experience preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns, particularly IRS Form 1040 for individuals and IRS Form 1041 for estates and trusts. Permanent, Full-time Bellevue, WA On-site Responsibilities
Review and prepare complex individual (1040), fiduciary (1041), corporate, and partnership tax returns Lead technical tax planning, research, and projections for a diverse client base Supervise and mentor staff accountants, reviewing work and supporting professional growth Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring exceptional service delivery Represent clients in dealings with the IRS and state agencies Participate in internal initiatives to grow estate and trust practice areas Contribute to business development and capacity-building efforts as appropriate Qualifications
CPA (required) 10+ years of progressive tax experience, with deep expertise in individual and fiduciary tax Prior experience reviewing staff work and providing mentorship Interest in partnership track is welcome, but not required Salary range: $125,000–$175,000 DOE Profit sharing Salary deferral available after 90 days 20 days of PTO. Paid sick leave where applicable by State law. 401(k) with employer contribution Free parking Equal Opportunity
