Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to provide insights and recommendations to leadership Ensure accuracy of cost allocations, inventory valuations, and reconciliations through regular audits Maintain and refine cost accounting models, overhead allocations, and ERP cost tracking processes Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost savings, improve reporting workflows, and enhance margin visibility Prepare executive-ready reporting and analysis, including KPIs, scenario modeling, and compliance reviews Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in operational finance or controllership roles Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel modeling Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost tracking, and financial reporting Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams Seniority level
