The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including lease negotiations, tenant representation, sales, and brokerage activities. The role involves maintaining a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, engaging with clients, and ensuring successful property transactions. Qualifications
Expertise in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation Proven experience in Brokerage and Sales Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Experience in the Chicago commercial real estate market is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Seniority level
