We are currently seeking an exceptional Permanent Production Planner/Scheduler Supervisor for our dynamic Manufacturing team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to contribute to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing processes. As a Production Planner/Scheduler Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials through the production cycle. You will also be responsible for determining the optimal manufacturing sequence and ensuring cost-effective and timely production. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, solve complex problems, and maintain a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules that align with company objectives and customer demand. Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials and resources are available for production. Utilize Oracle and SAP systems to manage production schedules and inventory. Monitor production processes, adjust schedules as needed, and advise the management team on the status of production. Implement lean manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify and resolve production issues, improve processes, and increase product quality. Supervise, guide, and train production planning staff to ensure a high level of productivity and adherence to company standards. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Participate in budget development and oversee cost management. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in Oracle and SAP systems. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions. Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in staff supervision and team management. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively. Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) is a plus.
