Continually update knowledge on personal injury law advancements.
Engage with clients, addressing their concerns and managing expectations.
Partake in business development initiatives to strengthen client and industry relations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from a recognized law school.
Active license to practice in Florida.
2-10 years of demonstrable experience in plaintiff litigation.
Sharp analytical, negotiation, and research abilities.
Documented success in verdicts and settlements.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Rigorous organizational and detail-oriented aptitude.
