The role is located in Jericho and Farmingdale, NY. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and managing cases related to landlord-tenant disputes and civil litigation with appearances primarily in Nassau and Suffolk. The Attorney will also negotiate settlements and represent clients in court. Qualifications Experience in Law, particularly Landlord-Tenant and Civil Commercial Litigation Skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Trial experience preferred Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
