This firm is looking to bring on a mid- to senior-level consultant who thrives in solving envelope challenges—from forensics and field testing to design reviews and QA/QC oversight. Familiarity with NYC-specific façade requirements (Local Laws 11, 126, 97) is a plus
Skilled in reading architectural drawings and developing building envelope details/specs
Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites and able to travel occasionally outside the NYC metro area
