Responsibilities

Associate Creative Director - Art Collaborate with copy partners to ideate game-changing concepts, craft brands, and execute designs for print and digital communications Develop groundbreaking ideas for brands and organizations to make a meaningful industry impact Act as a creative judge, providing constructive feedback to propel the team forward Deliver engaging presentations to clients, account leads, and creative colleagues Analyze brand goals, positioning, market dynamics, and competitors to gain deep understanding Infuse innovation into practices and inspire the team to explore new approaches Collaborate with production to ensure timely completion and dynamic presentation of work Stay current with industry trends and technology to maintain a creative edge Lead new business pitches from insight-gathering to strategic development, concept creation, and client presentations Qualifications

8-10 years of Art Direction experience within an advertising agency or creative department Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts and/or equivalent experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong online portfolio demonstrating conceptual work Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is

$88,000 - $105,000 , based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. The pay range may be modified at any time. MERGE also offers benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, Lifestyle Spending Account, and more, along with Flexible Time off & Holidays. Work Model
