to work directly with the business owner. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to help build a small business into something bigger. What You’ll Do
Your work will blend
daily executive support
with
business operations leadership : Executive Support
Manage the owner’s email inbox: prioritize, draft, and respond to client/vendor messages. Schedule meetings, site visits, and client follow-ups. Keep the owner organized and focused on high-value tasks. Operations & Project Admin
Track
change orders
and update pricing. Coordinate
wallcovering approvals and vendor orders . Prepare and send
invoices , follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain project trackers and documentation. Track
AR & AP accounts . Business Growth & Systems
Identify inefficiencies in communication, project flow, or client management — and design better systems. Research new tools, vendors, and industry practices to improve efficiency and margins. Support business development initiatives (client retention, marketing ideas, workflow improvements). Bring curiosity, ambition, and entrepreneurial drive to help take the business to the next level. Who You Are
3+ years’ experience as an
Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Specialist
(experience in construction, trades, or real estate is a plus). Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; bonus if you’ve worked with QuickBooks or project management tools. Self-starter : you don’t just wait for instructions — you take ownership. Ambitious & entrepreneurial : you want to grow with the business, not just manage today’s tasks.
