This role is with a well-respected law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the Family Law Department. Base pay range:
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Salary Range:
$80K-$90K Schedule:

3+ years of paralegal experience ; Family Law experience preferred Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong project management skills , well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering positive relationships with attorneys, clients, and staff Key Responsibilities
Prepare
court-form financial statements
and assemble discovery responses Draft
correspondence ,
pleadings ,
notices , and
motions Prepare various
legal documents , including
motions ,
interrogatories ,
requests for production of documents , proposed court orders, notices, forms, and subpoenas Review and maintain documents, transcripts, and case files Perform both in-person and electronic
court filings Assist attorneys in all aspects of
pre-trial, trial, and appellate litigation Conduct
factual and legal research , compiling findings in a clear, concise, and organized manner Respond promptly and professionally to
client inquiries Provide additional support for projects and administrative tasks as needed Why Apply
