is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Fiduciary Litigation Paralegal
to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of attorneys and paralegals, supporting complex
probate litigation, trust disputes, and estate administration
matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This position supports a respected practice group that provides stability, mentorship, and professional growth. Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience ; probate and fiduciary litigation experience preferred Proven ability to manage sensitive client matters with
discretion, empathy, and professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to
prioritize competing deadlines
in a fast-paced setting High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling fiduciary and client matters Ability to
communicate effectively
for working with attorneys, clients, and courts Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with
working knowledge of Excel
required Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file all
Probate Court documents , including estate administration, trust, and guardianship/conservatorship matters Draft
motions, affidavits, and pleadings
to support litigation and case preparation Coordinate with various courts on
e-filing, mail filing, and in-person filings Prepare correspondence for clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other interested parties Manage required notices, including newspaper publications, and coordinate service to interested parties Follow up with courts using
Virtual Registries
to track case progress Contact financial institutions to obtain financial documentation and records Obtain and organize
real estate and tax documents
as needed Maintain discovery trackers, create pleadings indexes, and monitor deadlines Organize, scan, and manage legal documents with attention to detail About JOHNLEONARD
