Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner, designing and executing recruitment strategies that support Acrisure’s growth. Leading a high-performing team, you will focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure timely, impactful hiring. Success requires a data-driven approach, operational rigor, and positioning talent acquisition as a key organizational enabler. Responsibilities: Lead & Manage the Team: Manage and coach recruiters to meet performance goals, emphasizing speed, quality, and pipeline health. Hands-On Recruiting: Lead strategic requisitions and directly recruit for senior and high-impact roles. Optimize TA Metrics: Track and report KPIs to improve recruitment outcomes. Embed a Sales-Driven Talent Strategy: Promote proactive sourcing, articulate Acrisure’s value proposition, and engage high-caliber candidates. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with hiring managers and leaders to anticipate needs and deliver aligned strategies. Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance, inclusive hiring standards, and a high-touch candidate experience. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related; Master’s or certification preferred. Equivalent experience considered. 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in insurance, financial services. 2+ years managing a team with proven KPI improvements. Experience recruiting for sales, revenue, or client-facing roles at senior levels. Ability to partner with leadership, present, and negotiate hiring strategies. Data-driven decision-making skills. Experience with ATS, CRM, and process change management. Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work within the East Division and have access to a nearby office.
