Overview Job Title: Clinical Solution Consultant - CV Ultrasound (Torrance/Pasadena, CA) - Relocation Available

A Clinical Solution Consultant (CSC) for Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CV) serves as the clinical expert and liaison to the CV Ultrasound Business in the assigned territory. Working closely with CV Account Managers, you will be instrumental in multiple phases of the sales, implementation, and relationship development process. Relocation assistance will be available for a qualified candidate moving into the Greater LA territory.

Your role

Meet or exceed assigned AOP for equipment and revenue annually by working closely with Account Managers to develop and execute a winning strategy to meet financial targets.

Provide pre-sale and post-sale product support and customer follow-up maintenance for the entire CV Ultrasound product portfolio.

Work directly with partnered CV Ultrasound Account Manager(s) to schedule and perform product demonstrations, onsite and virtual, as required to support the assigned territory and assist as needed in other territories and zones.

Post product demo, work closely with partnered CV Account Managers to ensure Philips is selected as the clinical vendor of choice.

Exhibit superior technical, clinical and presentation skills.

You're the right fit if

You have 3+ years of experience in RDCS or equivalent registry; teaching/in-service experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as listed above.

Philips Ultrasound product knowledge and additional registries are highly preferred; and your skills include in-depth clinical knowledge and proficiency in cardiovascular disease and CV multi-segment environments.

You must be able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements for this sales position with or without accommodation.

You have strong communication, customer service, training, and motivational skills.

How we work together We believe we are better together than apart. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are commonly conducted outside of the main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field-based role. Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.

Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $125,000 - $155,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and more. Details about benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits can be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or be willing to relocate to the territory (Torrance, Pasadena, Los Angeles CA).
