Overview
Junior Associate Attorney role at American Lawyers Group, PLLC. We are a fast-growing law firm located across from the Fairfax County Courthouse. We are looking to expand our team of dedicated family law and criminal law attorneys. The position emphasizes domestic law areas including divorce, child custody/support, adoptions, domestic violence and protective orders. Qualified candidates will have an interest in litigation and a willingness to collaborate with team members to provide excellent service. Virginia Bar is required; however, compelling candidates who have already sat for the Virginia Bar Exam will be considered. Spanish language fluency is a plus. Responsibilities
Proficiency in legal research. Attend return hearings and pretrial conferences. Effectively manage time and deadlines. Qualifications
Virginia State Bar member in good standing. Attorneys must possess excellent verbal and legal writing skills. Must own transportation. Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year. 401(k) and 401(k) matching. Dental insurance. Health insurance and Health savings account. Life insurance. Paid time off. Retirement plan. Vision insurance. Schedule
8 hour shift. Day shift. Monday to Friday. Location & Job Details
