We are a fast-growing law firm located across from the Fairfax County Courthouse, representing thousands of clients in Virginia. We are looking to expand our team of dedicated family law attorneys, with a focus on domestic law, including divorce, child custody/support, adoptions, and protective orders. Responsibilities: Proficiency in legal research (divorce, child custody, child support, and adoptions) Attend return hearings and pretrial conferences Effectively manage time and deadlines Requirements: Virginia State Bar member in good standing Family Attorneys must possess excellent verbal and legal writing skills Must own transportation Preferred Qualifications: Spanish conversational skills Compensation Package:
Very competitive compensation package, including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, retirement plan, and vision insurance. Salary: $120,000 per year. We offer a day shift, Monday to Friday, in-person work location.
