Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
with
5+ years of litigation experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a
member of the Florida Bar
and
admitted to the Southern District of Florida Trial Bar . This role requires a self-motivated attorney with a strong litigation background, excellent research and writing abilities, and proven experience in mediation and jury trials. Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial motions Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active member of the Florida Bar Admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, including the Trial Bar Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience Demonstrated experience in mediation and first-chair jury trials Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills Strong courtroom presence and excellent oral advocacy Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently Preferred Qualifications
Experience with case management software Spanish-speaking is a plus (if applicable) Compensation
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Salary commensurate with experience, augmented by (1) commission on cases, (2) a case generation percentage, and (3) a year-end bonus. Case generation entrepreneurship generously rewarded. Full health insurance paid by the firm Partnership potential.
