We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Construction Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction litigation, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities
Represent clients in construction litigation cases, including handling depositions, court appearances, and trials. Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on construction law matters. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in both English and Spanish. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of Florida. 3-7 years of experience in construction litigation. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Excellent academic credentials and strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
