Lead the Booking Form app engineering team to maintain execution, drive design decisions, and implement a strategy to adopt the latest technologies. Shape and execute projects in collaboration with product managers; guide and review the development team’s work and, at times, contribute hands-on. Promote a full-stack approach, influencing native client-side applications (iOS and Android) as well as cross-platform technologies; engage with backend, data, analytics, and infrastructure. Coordinate with stakeholders, report to senior leadership, and help make strategic technology decisions to advance Agoda’s mobile platforms. Stay current with industry trends and make informed choices about when to adopt or innovate in systems engineering. Focus on developing people: recruiting and integrating A-player engineers and fostering their growth within the team. What you'll Need to Succeed
Extremely proficient in Swift and Kotlin Experience with or interest in cross‑platform technologies and frameworks such as Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native, Flutter, NativeScript, Ionic Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Objective-C, Java, C#, Scala) is a plus Proficiency in modern coding practices (dependency injection, reactive programming, MVVM, design patterns) Passion for technology and mobile apps Experience working in a successful agile development team Ability to take full responsibility for the product—from early planning to deployment and maintenance Employment details
