About the Role We are seeking an
Operations Support Specialist
to join our team in a
hybrid
role based
temporarily in Olathe, KS . This position plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business functions by managing financial processes, coordinating supply logistics, and supporting cross-functional operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management
Code and submit invoices for approval and payment. Reconcile vendor and rent accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with vendors and landlords. Maintain financial records in VisualLease, including uploading rent statements, financial data, and supporting documentation. 2. Supply Management
Manage supply ordering for all owned and operated (O&O) locations. Collaborate with site teams and vendors to resolve supply issues, billing discrepancies, and enhance supply chain processes. 3. Internal Projects
Support projects based out of the Olathe office, including preparing and shipping client-specific supplies, tracking shipments, and reporting status updates. Assist with the shipment and tracking of signage, locker bags, and other operational materials. 4. Cross-Functional Support
Provide backup assistance to the Site Operations team, particularly for maintenance-related needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with financial and operational tools (e.g., VisualLease or similar platforms). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
