Our client is seeking a

Purchasing Coordinator

to support their growing operations in Owings Mills. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. The Purchasing Coordinator will act as a key liaison between vendors, showrooms, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and smooth purchasing operations. Responsibilities

Create and manage purchase orders with suppliers. Track orders and shipments, resolving issues or delays as needed. Partner with vendors, sales teams, and showrooms to address questions. Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate processing. Maintain reports and records on open and completed orders. Provide administrative support within the purchasing department. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with order or inventory systems preferred. Ability to manage shifting priorities and collaborate with others. Experience in textiles, design, or related industries is a plus. Why This Role
