We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join a dynamic team working with Company business units. The ideal candidate will be involved in managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving system solutions that support the After Sales, Retail Process, Customer Experience, and Product Experience units. This role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of customer systems, and experience with SQL, databases, and systems design/analysis. The candidate must demonstrate effective communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead project activities, ensuring that the project scope, objectives, and deadlines are met while collaborating with business and technical teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various business units to understand needs and collaboratively identify and implement solutions. Scope & Objectives Definition: Define project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility. Requirements Gathering: Document requirements, develop ROI, request approval, and prepare project funding requests for the IT Steering Committee. Vendor & Procurement Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and secure funding for approved projects. Risk & Issue Management: Manage project risks to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Project Tracking: Provide weekly project status updates and contribute to project meetings, ensuring visibility across teams. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate with business stakeholders to perform UAT and ensure successful project completion. Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience working with customer systems, including customer feedback, warranty, and technical support systems. 5+ years of project management, program management, or vendor/supplier management experience. Strong understanding of IT organizations and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in SQL queries, databases, and systems design/analysis. Experience creating executive-facing presentations and other project-related documents. Experience using knowledge management systems. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to interpret business processes and communicate effectively to IT teams. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently or with minimal direction. Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures. Automotive experience is highly preferred. Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and priorities. Ability to oversee system design that addresses the needs of various departments and partners. Positive and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and timeliness. Certifications
