Palo Alto CA 94304 (Onsite) . Ideally, applicants with a solid background in the Manufacturing/Automobile industry are preferred. Base pay range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Rate Range:
$30/hour to $35/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Role Summary Our Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management team is seeking a proactive Purchasing Analyst to manage material readiness/clear-to-build (CTB), PR/PO management, and reports used by engineering and purchasing stakeholders to assess build status and risks to meet ECU delivery requirements. Responsibilities Create a high volume of essential purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Ensure requisitions are completed accurately and meet corporate guidelines. Interact with management and departmental stakeholders to meet project goals. Manage supplier relationships and lead negotiations to obtain more desirable purchase prices. Perform detailed data analysis to identify opportunities for cost reductions. Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility to upper management on various topics and issues. Identify potential suppliers to improve the overall competitiveness of the client’s supply chain. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while effectively prioritizing competing demands. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience. Experience with ERP systems and purchase order processing. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Excel. Effective communication skills and customer service approach.
