LOB Specific Job Description:

Senior Delivery lead is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of the NFRR strategy. Candidate should have the ability to drive strategic initiatives aligning t o the broader \"Cleaner, Simpler, Better\" GMT strategy while delivering on NFRR objectives. This is a highly visible program, the delivery of which will necessitate strong leadership, communication and project management skills. A qualified candidate should possess a strategic mindset to navigate complexities and to ensure program alignment with business goals. Role involves leading a team of PMs and BAs, implementing best practices and maintaining rigorous project governance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize project delivery, mitigate risks, and enhance overall project mgmt. Responsibilities

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements Manages program financials and supports resource planning Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large, complex technology teams and projects Proven experience leading large scale projects in a financial services environment Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and familiarity with financial reporting standards and regulations Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple Senior level stakeholders simultaneously Proven record of on time and on budget delivery Experience in the financial services industry particularly in the areas related to regulatory reporting, compliance, and risk management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management Desired Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Comp Science, Information systems, Business administration or a related field Experience managing relationships with third party vendors and service providers. US - NY - New York - 1100 Ave Of The Americas - Two Bryant Park (NY1540) Pay range $115,000.00 - $190,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
