At BioLegend we are dedicated to commercializing high quality reagents to support the research community for legendary discoveries. The Quality Control Associate II will test products such as antibodies and proteins in flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, western blotting, ELISA, multiplex immunoassays and/or functional bioassays. The candidate will perform all aspects of the assays following SOPs and ISO requirements. Additional responsibilities include culturing mammalian cell lines, isolating primary cells, and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies. The candidate will assist with troubleshooting, efficiency and process improvement projects, and creation and modification of SOPs. The associate will generate and present data summaries, provide ETAs, and help train others on specific protocols. Perform testing of products in a timely manner Perform aseptic cell culture Isolate primary cells and tissues Perform data analysis and document results Maintain a safe and clean laboratory Assist with troubleshooting projects, generate data summaries Support efficiency and process improvement projects Train others on specific laboratory protocols Other projects or responsibilities as may be required Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline Minimum 1 year experience with some of the following applications: Flow Cytometry, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Bioassays, ELISA and IHC/ICC >3 years working experience in a laboratory environment Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience

Experience in sterile cell culture technique Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to multi-task Excellent documentation skills Work Environment

Laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment. The physical demands include using hands and fingers to handle objects, standing, talking and hearing. The base salary range for this full-time position is $29-32/hour and reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay offered will depend on location, skills, experience, and education. Salary range and total compensation details will be provided by the recruiter. What do we offer?
