While prioritizing Safety and Quality, the Manager of Procurement supports the entire PSA Airlines Organization with a primary focus on Maintenance. Responsibilities include administration and execution of procurement across the spectrum, with emphasis on aircraft components, tooling, GSE, and training materials. The role leads a team of Procurement Analysts and AOG Expeditors to ensure serviceable inventory for overnight maintenance and AOG recovery, manages vendor relationships, procurement processes, KPI development, lead-time management, and compliance within safety constraints to ensure on-time departures. Job Responsibilities

Manage Procurement Analysts and AOG team in daily purchasing activities and AOG parts handling Oversee vendor selection and analysis in collaboration with maintenance and finance Mentor and coach team members; participate in succession planning Track and manage AOG and IOR cases with 24/7 awareness Coordinate department scheduling for 24/7 AOG coverage Partner with Quality Assurance to manage PSA’s AVL and FAA compliance Lead global procurement strategy across business units Source new partners to drive cost savings and improve lead times Utilize data tools to design dashboards and drive performance improvements Negotiate vendor purchasing agreements and terms Maintain vendor relationships and address production issues Collaborate with Finance on cost analyses and RFP/RFQ responses Serve as SME for Maintenix implementation and ERP stability Drive continuous improvement for cost savings and efficiency Engage leadership to prepare purchasing agreements and present to Senior Leadership Manage operating and capital budgets with Finance Responsible for Security and Safety Management System (SMS) outputs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Required High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of aviation experience, preferably in a supervisory role Proven ability to manage multiple vendors Strong technical consulting/customer service background and communication skills Experience handling operational issues, escalation, crisis management Contract development and negotiations experience Budgeting, forecasting, and operating expense experience Strategic thinking and leadership with relationship management Experience leading multi-discipline teams Problem solving, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to plan 3-5 years ahead and achieve annual goals Ability to develop and lead teams across platforms/environments Conflict resolution and teamwork mindset Excellent oral and written communication Ability to lead technical and non-technical discussions Decision-making, progress monitoring, and results reporting Strong planning/organization skills and decisive decision-making Ability to manage onshore and offshore resources English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Aviation Management, or related field Airframe and Powerplant License Experience in creating and tracking annual budgets Additional Information
