Overview
Senior Product Designer (Bangkok – Based, Relocation Provided) at Agoda. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be joining a team that’s passionate about the core guest experience, turning original concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. We’re looking for you to define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across our Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
Present your work to peers and leadership, asynchronously and in-person.
Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings.
Think and write about your process and document your decisions.
Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across Agoda’s product family.
Be a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that represent a customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.
Experience & Requirements 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.
Ability to create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions.
Strong UI design expertise with knowledge of design patterns and a creative problem-solving approach.
Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience in user interviews, synthesis, and generating actionable insights.
Experience owning the design process for a dedicated scrum from discovery to delivery; set design vision and ensure high-quality execution.
Partner with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals using data, research, and context.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.
Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design.
