Overview
Manufacturing Operations Support - Package Test (Swing) is a 24-month contract located in Santa Rosa, CA, onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (PDT). Target Start/End Date: 10/06/2025 - 10/05/2027. Responsibilities
Test integrated circuit packages in support of customers. Collaborate with the operations team and work closely with engineering and maintenance teams. Process production and prototype IC packages as part of a small team; work independently to achieve output and quality goals for the area. In the package test area, perform tasks including trimming leads, checking the quality of a package seal, setting up semi-automated machines to test the DC & RF electrical integrity of a part, and placing ICs in tape & reel prior to packaging for shipment. Qualifications
Flexible schedule for training. Ability to work in an ESD environment. Experience with MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to work in a multi-disciplined, cross-departmental environment. Demonstrated ability with small packages and handling chips. Experience with many aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing including but not limited to package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection. Desire to be part of a team that requires rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility. Desire to maintain high quality and good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task; technical experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting is preferred. Pay and Benefits
Base pay range: $33.42/hr Pay transparency note: Magnit pay range for this position is $25.57/hour - $33.42/hour (W-2). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (minimum eligibility hours apply). Employment Details
