Manufacturing Operations Support - Package Test (Swing) Location: Santa Rosa, CA | Duration: 24 Months | Pay rate: $23 to $25.50/hr | Shift: 2 PM to 10:30 PM Client is at the forefront of technology innovation in electronic design, simulation, prototyping, test, manufacturing, and optimization. Test integrated circuit (IC) packages in the Santa Rosa semiconductor IC Package area, supporting customers. Process production and prototype IC packages on a small team; collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams. Independently achieve output and quality goals for the area. Operate and set up semi-automated machines to test DC & RF electrical integrity of parts. Trim leads, check package seal quality, and place ICs in tape & reel prior to packaging for shipment. Requirements
Flexible schedule for training Ability to work in an ESD environment Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary, multi-departmental environment Demonstrated ability with small packages and handling chips Experience with IC fabrication processing, including package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection (desired) Desire to contribute to rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility Commitment to high quality and good verbal/written communication Ability to multi-task Technical experience in electronics testing or troubleshooting preferred Seniority
