Develop high performance, energy efficient server solutions for data center applications, leveraging a deep understanding of CPU server architecture and a passion for architecting and designing complex, high performance and low power designs at advanced process nodes, defining the architecture of a Server SoC that meets critical KPIs for customers. You have extensive knowledge of CPU and SoC architecture for data center and enterprise markets, including experience in chiplets and CPU architecture, coherency management, memory system, power management, RAS, security, debug and test architecture. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential for excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with chip and platform architects to define and develop product and SoC architecture Develop server roadmap and feature set across one or more architecture domains Analytical modeling of key server KPIs for performance, power, area, cost, RAS, etc. Communicate effectively in a dynamic environment with top level engineers and technologists
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering with over 15 years of experience in the architecture of CPUs and/or SoCs, and at least 7 years of experience with a high‑performance server chip Strong expertise in multiple architecture domains of a server SoC Experience in making PPA, cost, feature and schedule trade-offs to define product architecture Deep understanding of CPU architecture and KPIs for leadership in server products Experience in commercializing server products with proven ability to influence next‑generation architectures Experience in architecting products using chiplets and various package integration technologies Strong expertise across multiple SoC architecture domains (coherency management, memory system, IO architecture, power management and security) Experience with RAS, debug and test architecture for data center products Experience with ARM architecture including server architectures is a plus Proven track record in delivering hyperscale data center solutions
