Overview
Knowledge Management, Senior Associate at Peraton. The Knowledge Management (KM) Section enables knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision-making across the GCC. The KM Section develops, executes, and monitors the GCC KM Program, including Content and Information Management, and Records Management, using tools such as ARIMS, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, and other cloud and on-premises solutions in line with Army doctrine. The KM Section consists of the KM Working Group (KMWG) with representatives from each GCC division, led by the KM Officer (KMO). All GCC KM efforts are overseen by the GCC Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) and the Deputy Director.
Responsibilities
Manage, recommend, and implement approved changes and/or enhancements to the RCC Knowledge Management (KM) processes to improve the efficiency of operations for the GCC.
Improve tools and processes for publishing, disseminating, analyzing, and managing operational data.
Manage information and data to establish a single authoritative source for all information required to effectively execute GCC\'s mission.
Coordinate with all divisions across the GCC to develop and maintain a Roles-Based Contingency Plan.
Provide technical writing and editing services for various documents as identified in PWS paragraphs 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 in accordance with AR 25-50.
Data Management: Define and implement an approved Data Management Plan (DMP) for the GCC to structure how data is collected, stored, used, and retained in support of the operational mission. Ensure data supports mission needs while eliminating unnecessary storage. Update the DMP with new capabilities and ensure compliance for cloud tools/repositories.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
DoD Secret clearance is required for this role
Certifications: DCWF Code 451 Intermediate: CompTIA Cloud+ or CompTIA Security+ or GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
Details Target Salary Range:
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including scope, responsibilities, experience, education, location, and contract considerations. May include overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus where applicable.
