Director, Global Logistics - Trading Card Game (TCG) Job Summary:

Lead the global logistics strategy for one of the most iconic entertainment brands in the world. As Director of Global Logistics for Pokémon TCG, you will architect and execute the systems which ensure our products reach millions of fans across continents—on time, in full, and with excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to build scalable systems, optimize performance, and deliver unforgettable experiences to our fans. What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute a global logistics strategy aligned with Pokémon TCG’s growth and fan engagement goals.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into scalable logistics solutions.

Build and lead a high-performing logistics team, fostering innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.

Operational Excellence & Optimization

Oversee end to end logistics operations including inventory control, material handling, and domestic and international shipping.

Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or other similar methodologies

Partnerships & Technology Enablement

Manage relationships with 3PLs, warehousing partners, and transportation providers to meet SLAs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, Finance, and Product Development.

Lead adoption of ERP and WMS systems to drive visibility, efficiency, and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

Experience and Expertise

12+ years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain management.

5+ years of people management experience, 7+ years preferred or demonstrated equivalent expertise.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) or certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) preferred.

Proven expertise in leading global logistics operations in a mid-to-large scale organization.

Deep knowledge of international shipping, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.

Passion for delivering customer experience through operational excellence.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fan-focused environment with highly visible expectations.

Leadership and Collaboration

A track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, development and engagement.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Technical and Analytical Skills

Proficiency in logistics systems such as ERP (Oracle ERP preferred) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory reconciliation.

Ability to travel 6 times (or more as needed) per year domestically and internationally.

Compensation Base Salary Range:

For this role, new hires generally start between $172,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year. The full range is $172,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
